It's not that they just destroy packages...
They do it in spectacular ways. Slam fire doors on them. Drive trucks over them. Drop them out of airplanes. Throw them into blast furnaces. And then rather than documenting it or notifying you, they go ahead and deliver the remains like nothing happened. "Maybe he won't notice..." I'm two years into a UPS boycott. No delivery has been fucked up in that time.

That sucks. Inside USA?
We just finished a claim with YRC. How you can crush and bend a tubular steel frame, I'll never know. Unless you took out higher specified insurance, you are probably fucked on an art claim. With that size (3x4) curious how you constructed the crate/overall size, and whether it shipped flat. Ours was very large and flat (6'x7'x24" high), We are rethinking this, as they pile shit on top - maybe these types of skinny crates need to be shipped standing on their sides?
