no offence my friend but............ even the federal government takes a second look at 20million dollars ( actually i believe the final total was 28million ). plus there were 2 other similar lawsuits shortly after. the only one that DIDN'T receive a dime was the kid filed the criminal case before the civil case.

I just watched the press conference about this "memorial" and they currently don't have any exact details of what will be happening at this service, but there's not a procession, and they will close off the area around Staples Center.
