Well...could it even go to trial now? Considering, he's- you know...a GHOST?
And MaxFlo- I'm sure there's fire...maybe not the 'fire' of molestation but- I mean, he admitted to sleeping in the same bed as the kids who came over to his house. Doesn't mean he was breaking any laws. I'm just saying he was most likely a totally disconnected weirdo that didn't even know when to shut the hell up to cover his own butt. And THAT puts you in a position to let people take advantage of you.

Eh- I could see doing that to avoid the circus of a trial, I mean back then, MJ was FLUSH with hundreds of millions of dollars...20 mil was probably the monthly zoo food bill for the ranch back then...

no offence my friend but............ even the federal government takes a second look at 20million dollars ( actually i believe the final total was 28million ). plus there were 2 other similar lawsuits shortly after. the only one that DIDN'T receive a dime was the kid filed the criminal case before the civil case.

I just watched the press conference about this "memorial" and they currently don't have any exact details of what will be happening at this service, but there's not a procession, and they will close off the area around Staples Center. There will be a live media/pool feed for broadcast, and 11,000 tickets for free to the public if they register and pick them up on Monday, with wristbands.
