he wasn't found innocent. he just wasn't found guilty beyond a shadow of doubt in criminal court. high dollar lawyers can work miracles. look at the OJ case. look at the R. Kelly case. he settle out of a civil case for 22 million. it's harder to exclude evidence in a civil case.

Yeah, but in the OJ case, there was clearly a ton of EVIDENCE, where as the MJ case there was just a lot of he said / they said. The guy, as amazing as he was, was just a target for opportunists and hangers-on...from what I'm reading on-line, it looks like he was surrounded by 'em.
If he really was a repeat-offender, I'm sure more than 2 people would have come forward over the years...but it seems more likely that 2 families would try to take advantage like that. Either way, we might not ever know, and I'm not going to start throwing around the 'pedo' charge like some middle-school dumb-ass joke, just because it's easier than taking time to truly think about the complex situation. One thing he was guilty of...was moonwalking into my heart.

Yeah, he paid his way out of the first allegation. The crazy Mom of the second kid screwed up that case. Not to mention the other kid who testified in that trial who never had a money incentive to do so as he never pressed charges. And of course the few MJ employees who say they actually witnessed acts of molestation.
Seems to be an awful lot of evidence actually. Of course everyone connected could have been conspiring to extort him. Who knows?

Oh, and the prosecutor claims to have at least 4 or 5 other kids who made claims of inappropriate behavior.

He may indeed have been innocent. it wouldn't be a stretch to believe he was indeed being extorted. just seems like an awful lot of smoke to not be a fire somewhere.

funny that if it goes to court probably the jury will be unanimous in a guilty verdict.
they will find it a lot easier to find him guilty if he isn't alive to put the celebrity spell on them. unless death has given him martyr status.
