I don't know how late I am to ffffound but there's a lot of pretty striking stuff people tag. Some of yinz pop up there on occasion.
I can't figure out how to register though. Anyone know how?

That's too bad. How do you get invited?

My understanding is that someone with an account has to send you an e-mail with an invite code. I'd send you one if I had an account, but I'm trying to get an account too. Bastards on the internet being all exclusive.

I like how the internets is all like gated communities now. Like you make a book or something showcasing how great your site is and then like 100,000 noobs show up and everyone rushes to close the door.

great site! it's on the top of my list of sites i browse for design inspiration. you have to get an invite from someone who already has an account. pretty sure they do that as a way to keep the content in check. i still haven't figured out how to get an invite either, but i prefer to just lurk anyway.

there's a bunch of other threads here where people have asked how to get invited. seems like one of the tougher sites to get in to.

Too bad for ffffound 'cause the internets and I have know each other for like forever. I remember the days of text only green screen bulletin boards when me and the internets would save our files on audio cassettes.

its one of those, evryone gets 1 invite type of things, then the person you invite can invite another, etc etc. We did a neat trick at work where we had a chain of people passing them to each other and then the person at the end of the chain gave the last invite back ot the original guy, so he still had his.
