Hetfield and the boyz just played the Marin Veterans Aud. in San Rafael, their first ever gig in Marin County (where James and Lars now live). T'was a benefit for the Marin History Museum's MARIN ROCKS exhibition that opens next year. Great show. They were totally into it.
going to see them tomorrow in Cincy....not really that pumped, but a friend offered to buy my ticket, so i said why not.....eh. I more excited to see Down next week!
Data East - Formerly Sega, now Stern Pinball - used to do one-off games for people. They did Aaron Spelling, Michael Jordan and a few others, including one for the live-action Richie Rich film. Most of them were based on Tommy. Each one cost about $100,000.
