with all that sausage, you could easily add a nice red beans and rice with sausage as a meal in a bowl, and cornbread.
also, if you could have any of the amazing sausage from down in Round Top, would push it over the edge. looks amazing.

i fucking hate mayo, but it belongs on hot dogs more than catsup.
a couple days ago i had a couple hot dogs with stubbs spicy bbq sauce on them. thats a suitable sub for catsup.

Never mayo on a hot dog. gross. Sometimes Ketchup. Always mustard. Especially on sloppy chili dogs.
