    Really disappointing for me, with all the potential of the cast and story you'd think they'd have managed to make it more engaging. The sound mix was also pretty terrible; parts of it were completely inaudible. I also hated the digital look of it, it was like a TV movie in parts! I've seen Mann do much, much better.

    I'm curious what exactly would be more engaging? I thought they did pretty well at making it as it happened, although romanticized it because he was a "Robin Hood" bank robber. Of course it looked like a TV movie at times, it was set during the Great Depression.

    Crudup was great as Hoover, I get Scrojo wanting more on that end, but that probably would have bored me to tears.

    Most of the cast was outstanding. I wanted a gangster movie and that's exactly what I got.
