Reupholstering a retro chair
I got this chair at the local salvation army for $20, the old fabric was hideous and old.
Here is what I have after taking out about 500 staples...       The old fabric  Never done this before, so this should be interesting. I'm going for a modern look, maybe leather or black and white to match the current state of my living room, but I'm open to suggestions. Anyone do this before? Any tips? Anybody have any ideas on some cool fabric to put back on it?

Do not go with the leather that looks like scraps sewn together at random. It looks like a leather jacket you would buy at Walgreen's for $19.99.
