If you have a 3G or 3GS you can do it as of today. You have to update through itunes first though.

is it an ap or does it come with the software update?

jawn eh - it comes with the update, when you connect to iTunes and have your phone plugged in.

My team just built an iPhone app recently for our company.

They didn't go with my icon though, they went with this lame one that has a couple and a heart on it.

It's the match.com app.
