I have the new iphone. it seems to work ok.

Snapture Beefs up the camera. Touch anywhere to take a picture instead of just a little camera button, take 3 quick shots in a row and a few other little additions.

G Push Push notifications for Gmail. Now that you can get push gmail through exhange sync, I found this was still faster (instant) and more reliable. Better notifications too so i switched back.

Geo Defense The best tower defense game i've played in a while. My go to game lately besides Snood and Alive4Ever.

I like using Autostitch for putting together panoramas like this one
of the Station fire burning in the distance behind Dodger Stadium.

Have I mentioned i love my iphone? I'm on my 3rd one since buying the original the day it came out. I think i feature i use the least is actually the phone part.

i think this is relatively new.

for those that use hotmail, it is now formatted to iphone.

just go to hotmail on safari from your phone...then add to home screen.

I'm really annoyed about this. The crappiest free phones from many years ago have this functionality. I'm even more annoyed at ATT/Apple after finding out that if you jailbreak your 1st gen iphone you can have video recording functionality. So the video hardware is there it's just not "allowed". WTF?
Whatever... back to getting my ass kicked on Fieldrunners.

agreed in full. i don't really get the parcing out of functionality that are NOT groundbreaking with other platforms and machines.

so I'm jailbreaking my 1gen iphone today. Fed up. A buddy of mine just told me you can MMS that way.Supposedly switching back to normal is as easy as putting the latest firmware back onto the iphone, too. I'll let you know how it goes. *fingers crossed *holds breath

fucking stupid that it already isn't and when a pic is texted to me half the time that stupid fucking att side won't let me log in with the supplied username and password.

If you have a 3G or 3GS you can do it as of today. You have to update through itunes first though.
