That is pretty awesome. different subway stops in NYC can be absolutely confusing. I wonder if it updates when certain trains are down, etc. One of the more forward thinking apps I have seen.

here's a little web app portfolio..
    monkeyink / John Howard
if you click ^ from an iPhone you will see it, otherwise it bounces you to my normal front page. It works pretty much like the photo gallery in that you can tap & flick.. and a similar thumbnails page. Unlike a local portfolio, the graphics load slowiy.. but the paypal buttons work! I'm not sure exactly how useful it is, but fun to tinker with.

I'm totally a noob with this iPhone and Apple BS. It appears that iPhoto is a pay for product? Is there a free app for making a portfolio on your phone?

I just placed jpegs on the phone in an order that I could flip thru. I forget exactly how I did it now but I believe I set up a folder called iPhone images on my computer. Inside that folder I had a couple different project folders with images and then a personal folder. I then used iTunes to get it onto the phone. They appear as different folders when you click on the photos button.

Sorry, was this to put the portfolio on your phone? That's what I was doing, not the cool one that other people would be able to look at on their own phones.

How did you create that site specifc for the iPhone? It would be cool to have a smaller store so people could check out work on the go. Is it an app or did you program specially for it? Thanks.

Then doing what I did should work for you and not cost anything.
