I didn't mean to knock the dude who helped me at the apple store. He was very helpful, although my screen is still flickering so I guess I'll be going back.

The genius bar used to be a ghost town before the ipod. Now it's full of kids who don't know how to reset the ipod themselves.

my friend has gone about 3 times to "fix" his screen flickering. because it only does it sometimes they have a hard time with it. it always seems to work fine when they have it.

My got stuck in Accessing itunes for hours this morning, I just left it plugged in and came to work, deal with it later. If you haven't tried to update your software yet I would wait a couple of days.
