Chicken and Waffles
So I took a trip today with a friend to Chicago's Own Chicken and Waffles... when I first heard about the place opening about 6 months ago I was kinda like, "what a f'd up combo"... I was wrong, so so wrong.
I had half a friend chicken with two waffles, syrup and a side of Macaroni n Cheese... phenomenal... like earth stoppingly good. I hear that a wait time of two hours is not uncommon, though we only waited a half an hour. The people were unbelievably cool as well. If I wasn't moving to Boston on Tuesday I'd go back next weekend. Chicagoans, I'm serious, check them out... 39th and MLK... I'm gonna go take a nap now. Haven't been to the place is Chicago, but it's hard to beat Roscoe's.

I had Roscoe's for the first time in Long Beach about a month ago. Fucking delicious!
I had to walk around the block a few times before getting back in the car.
