2008 Metallica would sue them before they even had a chance to fight. Metallica is such an american tragedy. Growing up, they were my favorite band. Now they are my least. It's their own damn greedy fault and I feel no sympathy for those dickheads.

I know I've said this before, but I can't even listen to Metallica's old albums anymore just because Lars' drumming sucks so bad.

I think Lars' drumming was fine for those early records. It added to the raw quality of the sound.

That's pretty silly about the blog. But I don't have any issues with them against Napster. I'd be pissed if I was getting ripped off. They put in their time and paid their dues, they should get paid for their property. Wait what year is it? nevermind....
I'll buy the album if it sounds good.
