this depends if a pms color was specified and how much it's off. if i mess up i'll print free. if it's miscommunication a discounted rate may apply. every printer handles biz differently so it's between the two of you. if i was working with you and saw this thread i'd be inclined to charge you. but i'm a jerk.

every now and then my epson 7600 will say there is no film in the printer when there clearly is.
i hat it when the epson screws up.
