Default What is GenY?

I have a client that wants some Gen Y design done for his web site. I'm not sure exactly what that is anymore.

I grew up a genx-er I guess, but always hated that term. I always laughed when I heard "gen y", and I thought that was over with.

Surely that's not what we're in now, is it? I'm cornfused.

i think we're now in the time of the "milenials". i took a supervisory workshop a few years back, and was shocked how much pampering and mollycoddling milenials need.

[insert praise here for your dictionarial achievement, so as to not lower your self esteem]

actually, i just checked it out, and it looks like genY and millenials are one in the same. i thought they were two entities. millenials...they think so much of themselves that they need two names.
