Bummer. R.I.P.
Bummer. R.I.P.
i never know what to say at times like this except it sucks
There is no one for whom I had more respect.
It is a shame he had to go.
Man that's very, very sad
When I was a kid (about 13-14) my brother would go to the local Tower Recoreds and I would tag along. I would stay in there for hours and look at the album cover art. This was back when it was all done with no photoshop and it was all airbrushed. After awhile I was just looking to see what Kelley & Mouse where coming out with next. they where a huge part of why I do what I do and alot all comes from those days when I would tag alone with my brother. Some of the best times of my life
My hearts gones out to his family
I use to look at this for hours and wonder how it was done

RIP buddy, thanks for the art.
Amen Scrojo. But I have to admit, I shed a few tears upon hearing the news. The man and his work was a major influence on me and my career.
God speed Alton.
Now may be a good time for those of you who are much more familiar with his work to submit it here. Perhaps a fitting tribute to help spread his work to those of us who may not (consciously) know that much about it.
As of this post, there are only three posters of his in the archives.
