    I believe your confusing copyright law with trademark law.

    i wonder if that kevin shapiro dude still works for phish... he used to hunt thist down with a vengeance

    if people really care about this I recommend you go over to phishposters.com and ask around for a contact number for phish management... specifically kevin's details if possible and then advise him/them about this book

    peverto could contact DMB is you find a DMB poster in that book

    use your contacts with the big band names...

    There are also a couple of Mattel trademarks used in some of the art.

    There's been some good progress with their interweb smear campaign:

    This morning I was informed by Index Books that they have removed Colorful Illustrations 93°C from their site and have sent the remaining copies back to their supplier.

    I have emailed Sendpoints Books, but they are yet to reply. Any information about their supplier, anyone can find out would be very much appreciated.

    If we find the source, then we have someone to sue.
