there's also also the issue of losing your copyrights. if it can be proven that you had knowledge of the use and did nothing about it then US law considers it a form of implied consent and the art pretty much becomes fair game for anyone to use the same way. atleast that's the way it was explained to me. dunno. not a lawyer. ask nels.

Tip from Rene :

Look for a Phish, Dave Matthews or Pearl Jam poster... then forward the info to their respective managements and tell them to shut down this shit

There's alot of work that went into this book. I'm surprised that NOBODY involved though there was something wrong with what they were doing.
