Darren said it was cool to put these up, in case some of this is anyone's work here.
Well dude, you're in good company, that's an awesome collection of images! How did they get high-res versions of your stuff?

FOR THE RECORD

IF I were included in a book like this one I would be:

65% stoked that I were in a book that a bunch of people might look at
35% bummed that I wasn't sent a copy (or a few), or asked to be in it

I think that the fact that they didn't ASK is rude, but not enough for me to be all Legal Eagles about it.

* i think obtaining content without permission is bad publishing.
* i think stealing someone else's interview is bad publishing AND bad journalism.
* I think taking ANY content from a personal portfolio site is copyright infringement - forget images, even a bio is copyrighted. anything that doesn't say "press kit - please use this" ain't up for grabs.

I would consider being 100% legal eagles about it. It's my imagery; my words. I get to say where they go. now this particular instance (hong kongery) makes legal eaglz prob pretty hard. so that sucks.

Right after Jeph is a couple spreads of Said and Done prints which were done by different artists (including Horkey) and credited them all the the two guys that put it together.

i'm glad my print didn't make it in there.

I'm not getting all legal eagles about it, but I think artists should know where they're art is appearing, especially without thier permission.
