The author of "Transcending CSS: The Fine Art of Web Design" used the artwork from one of my posters in there as an example of flyer art and other things he keeps a scrapbook of for ideas.

I emailed him and challanged him to a wrestling match in order to at least get a free copy of the book. He was unavailable for said bout but did send me a book!

This book looks to have been assembled a bit more underhandedly though (putting the art on CD is a definite no-no). You will need more than a wrestling match to resolve this one!

Did the bands give permission? If you can sue an artist into oblivion for selling the bands name illegally on merch, by extension, the labels/management of the bands should be able to get in on this. Right?
