ok.. just devils advocate. how is this bad, like sometimes you guys say getting in any book is good for you..

I don't mind the "free publicity" aspect, it's the "somebody is making money off my art and not me" aspect I'm not a big fan of. I guess one goes with the other but it's still burns my ass a bit.

the images on the CDs - are they hi-res or crappy jpgs swiped from the artists sites? just curious because that part is ultra weird.

Someone should contact Nels (Jagmo), he's a copyright lawyer, and could probably at least give legal advice.

my guess is, since the publisher is in hong kong, direct legal action would be futile. i'd say sending out an email to all the major book buyers and distributors ( barnesnnoble, boarders, walmart, target, last gasp etc ) would be the most effective coarse of action.

Not sure, I know that this is the only site you can find my Buju Banton poster on (unless someone copied it from here) but that is way lo res.

whats super lame and weird is that most artists would say yes to being in a book so why not just shoot an email to them and ask before doing it.
