I think most folks would agree. The best for that era. Not now of course.

I don't know anything about that. Serch did a freestyle on a internet radio show last year and it was GREAT.

Apples and oranges man! 3rd Base is from the late 80s early 90s. Non fixion is like 95, and copyright is a nOOb in comparison, 2002!

What do G Rap and Ace have to do with the White boys?

Off the top of my head I can think of a few folks better than Non Phixion and Copyright. IMHO...

and how would 3rd Bass beat the Beastie Boys? other than the fact they haven't been "strictly hip hop"

I, myself, don't consider Beastie Boys Hip Hop. I do consider them better than 3rd Base!

If I recall correctly, Serch tried to be apart of the Beastie Boys when he first hit the scene. Eventually he hooked up with Nice and Richie Rich to form 3rd Base. Because the beasties wouldn't have anything to do with Serch in the begging that started the whole feud between the groups.

MF Doom was on the Cactus Album. As far as rapping white boys, I'm a big fan of Cage (and all of the Def Jux dudes). FYI, G Rap and Masta Ace don't even make the top 50.

Adrock is one of my all-time favorite emcees. No, I'm not joking. Like Guru said, "it's mostly the voice." He's the dictionary definition of "amped". A verse from him is an exclamation point. In my opinion.

He did kinda reach quite a bit:
"Original man's a black man/said by a caucasian..."
"Black cat is bad luck/bad guys wear black/must've been a white guy that started all that..."
In the end, it was kinda cool.
As a kid, I gotta admit that I saw white rappers as a novelty. I truly know better now. Skills transcend race. It's all moot, really.
