Overnight prints fucking sucks it!

Not even legible!! The worst part is, after I receive the postcards I call overnight expecting a refund or a reprint. They flat-out refused! And on top of that they keep telling me on the phone "well, your design is really bad, you can't expect much...I mean, what are those? Clouds?"

WTF! ZOMG! WTF!!!

So, I put a dispute on my Visa and hopefully they never get a dime. Just a little warning to you all. And yeah, I know it's hard to display 2 images on the screen and really convey something, but believe me, what I sent might of been hard-ish to read (a conscious design choice), but what I got back was straight-up UN-readable! I mean, anyone seeing this coming off the press would of pulled the switch. What a rip!

A similar thing happened to me where they printed the template lines on my business cards. They would not budge - no refund - no new cards - no nothing. Idiots.

You should probably

A) Properly calibrate your monitors and get your color profiles in check.

Sort of looks like theres a lot less yellow in what they shipped you.

B) Assume that the printer may be slightly wrong so your white on near white design might not print how you anticipate.



Its pretty hard to even read the original. From my experience digital printers don't normally proof what they print- you're supposed to know its solid. They just usually just push the button and ship what comes out.


Jakprints > Full Color, Apparel and Sticker Printing is pretty good.

Funny ... I sent them a CMYK file made from layered CMYK bitmaps and they still fucked it up. Solid Cyan Magenta Yellow and Black... still came out screwy. So yeah... they can suck it.
