pay for quality. This is what you get with these kinds of places. They do NOT care about you. they print 24/7 so losing you is nothing to them.

jobs are gang run, cheap, quick, etc. don't ever expect quality. BUT choose a place with good customer service. most places would run the job again for free. it's the fast food of the printing industry so i always expect a shit sandwich, that way if i get something better i'm usually elated.
