GP Coloring Book Final list

We're talking cheap paper (coloring book style?) and offset, larger commerical outfit sort of printing right? I don't know that looking on GP is the best way to find that sort of printer.

4/1 cover, or 4/0 ?
anybody ever narrow down the name of that paper stock?
does 44 include cover (40 interior), or 44 interior plus cover?
