My, thats quite the conclusion to jump to, especially considering we had one 12" black and white until about 1988 and I spent most of my time doing other things. However, I think Speed Racer, for a number of reasons, is (was) sort of sacred. But no longer. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go back to watching Desperate Housewives.

Why can't they just come up with some new ideas. It appears to be working for Pixar. Making shit movies out of TV shows that weren't very good to begin with seems like a bad strategy.
