Considering the fact that a lot of the video they linked to was hosted on Google and Youtube, shouldn't Google be shut down as well? Or at the least fined?

It is interesting that all they did on tv-links.co.uk was LINK TO THE STUFF. They didn't host it and whatnot.

Technically,... a link to Tv-links is as damning as what Tv-links actually did. Ridiculous.

Don't they understand that people who camcorder movies are doing it solely to help shut-ins who can't make it to the theatre, but still want the experience?
It's a public service that benefits the indigent. Heartless bastards!
