I've watched more Pens than Washington, but I can say that Crosby is definitely a physical player, and stronger on the puck than Ovechkin.
In terms of building a team, I'd take Crosby. Otherwise, yeah... Ovechkin. So fun to watch.

I don't know, it is apples and oranges there. Totally different players who are only compared because they are two phenomenally talented kids who came into the league at the same time.

Sadly Kopitar gets overlooked because he plays for the Kings. The kid is as good as any of the other new crop. You stick him on a line with Malkin or Crosby and he'd put up the same kind of numbers. It's awesome to get to see him play so much.
And Ryan Getslaph for the Ducks. Amazing player who sometimes gets over looked.

Yes, but you can say that about a LOT of players. Hell, Malone scored 30+ goals this year playing with Malkin through his streak. The difference is that guys like Ovechkin, Malkin, Crosby are the primary reason for those numbers. If Kopitar was as good as them (not taking anything away from him, he is a damn good player) he would be making the same amount of points already and upping the production of the players around him.

Oh, and on another note... I think there is a bright future ahead of L.A. I like their lineup A LOT. On paper they really should be wayyyyy better than they are. Frolov is another guy with a ton of talent.

The "PPG" line last year in the playoffs was a bloody wrecking ball.

No doubt, he is real good. I guess those are similar numbers to what Malkin put up last year... Thing I like about him is the 6'4" - 220lb part. Guys that are that big and put up those numbers tend to usually be my favourite types of players.
Fak, I got a nice black / grey / pink / purple bruise on my left thigh from hockey tonite. Feels nice!
