he's been one of the top guys in the Swedish Elite league for a while. he also played on the Olympic Team behind King Hennrick last Olympics. He's really, really good. Not sure if he is in the AHL now or has gone back to Sweden. can't find much recent news about him.

Oooof, so far I'm not impressed with Fernandez,...3 - 0 Dallas in the 2nd. Typical Boston "If you can't beat 'em, beat 'em up." hockey...3 fights...I realize it's only game 1 but...

I think in the long term Fernandez will be ok. He's a bit moody (like most of us goalies) but, once he settles in he'll be fine. He's a top notch keeper for sure.
