Im going to be honest, never done this before, went on a forum to vent cuz a company is shady. 4colorprint printed out my business cards crooked, so I asked if they could fix, so they asked for me to send 6 cards back. So I did. Then I never heard from them, so I called them & they told me they need all the cards back, and I have to pay for shipping. :\ so after arguing with the lady on the phone and after she called me a liar cuz maybe it was her time of the month or something, i told them that i would ship them myself to her cuz they wanted way to much for shipping (and plus i didn't trust them cuz of their lousy business practice/customer service). I shipped them myself, then I never hear from them again. I'm a type of customer that's pretty chill and doesn't like to harass, but if you don't call these people they won't deal with you. So in a mysterious email after I emailed them, they tell me they need my signature or the tracking number to confirm. So I'm thinking they've arrived their right, so I called them to check and the lady tells me they're not there and maybe i could check the tracking # to see if they've been delivered. Luckily I kept that receipt for tracking and just emailed it to them the tracking # which it HAS been delivered!, but I tell you, these people are SHADY!!! Stay away from them. and their cards suck BIGtime too
