    I went with overnightprints.com for a long time until I found gotprint.com. Best quality, super low price for the quantity, decent turnaround.

    And, great service/support.

    i've used them ~10-15 times for client stuff and each time its been perfect. maybe you just have some bad luck.

    Perhaps for your next print run, you might send PDFs? I find that most printers prefer them to Illustrator files.

    I would if they wanted me to send a new file, but they are adamantly saying they never allow new files to be used for print runs, unless I pay for it.

    I wanted to complain about that to their manager, but I kept leaving messages for him for weeks and he never replied.

    We just got business cards from overnightprints.com and it was super easy and fast.

    Thing is with any of these places online is you are always taking a chance, its not like these places are known for great customer service and quality, its quick and cheap thats why we all go there

    Their template instructions said to remove the text and design inside the red box line. Thats what I did. I sent in the file .. got my cards .. and they printed the damn red box line on my cards. Their instructions were total crap - I followed them to a T.

    So I emailed them, phoned them - even talked to the manager - and no one would budge. They claimed it was my fault and that I didn't follow the instructions. I pointed out all the instructions to them, and that I had followed them exactly .. and they still would do NOTHING for me.

    It was just rediculous. Terrible, terrible customer service. So, now i'm stuck with a gazillion business cards with a crappy red line around them. Idiots.
