this year I want to upgrade from my CB450 to a CB750.
Here is the actual bike... bonus part is... I get to bomb around on it until mine is done and she gets her license...
damn , that looks nice. i bet it's fun as hell. trying to talk a guy at work out of a 74 cb350f. lucky for me he found out wife is preggy and she says all his xtra toys gotta go.
art is not a turd!
breaking hearts and telling lies is my vocation.
If I ever got a bike, it would something very similar to that. Fonzie-style.

Any of you guys read Cafe Racer magazine, or watch the show on the speed channel? The editor (Mike Seate) is an old friend of mine, he gave me one of my first tattoos. He's been writing for years, I'm happy to see him having success.
Got the seat (wrong colour, they are sending a black one but at least I can mock up with it) and the hardware lines up which is a relief. Looks like an aircraft carrier landing strip without the tank mounted (but it fits, we used another RD tank). Scored a Toomey racing Y-boot and filter on ebay for cheap. Mounted the tail lights as well. Coming along pretty good. Off to Cleveland this weekend to pick up Rosie's bike and see what I can score down there.
lights and signals mounted (seat latch isn't on so the seat sits a little crooked)
Y-boot and filter
Filter wedged in nicely
some custom seat work
A lot of RD and hair in a little garage
My buddy Alix's current project: RD 400 Daytona with Campy magnesium rims, DG gold head (sniff, it was mine but I needed some parts so I sold it to him), Marzochi vintage race shocks, Renthal bars and extended Cal-Fab swingarm... weird vintage flat tracker vibe going on... this is awesome
