I had a '66 600/2 BMW with Earls fork front end looked like that, with a sidehack. Painted sand color, too.
It was cool as fuck but totally underpowered.
The Urals came out of a captured Nazi bike factory that got shipped back to Russia. that's why they look like WWII bikes even now.

Ural has got a pretty cool website, some decent cartoons too. As soon as I'm able to buy one, I'm gonna. For now I've a yamaha 1980 xs650 I'm working on.
Yeah... my fingers don't keep up with my brain sometimes. I meant "would be SWEET to have."
I saw them at the bike show earlier this year. It would be fun to be able to get the kids in the side car for trips to the cabin and whatnot. When they're a little older that is.
urals look cool but the damn things are severely underpowered and the quality of the castings and machining is ass.
