Yeah these are a few pretty solid rip offs, however its 6 examples out of how many hundreds of original pieces- not to mention the dedication and exposure that lead Obey to success. If FUCT is a synonym of anti-consumerism, it is exactly the opposite of what Obey is today.

yeah but i dont know how old you are, but a couple of years ago that guy's website was hilarious, he was dead serious and so many people went to his site he had like a $33000.00 internet bill and was asking for donations.

He used to post movies and he sounded exactly like borat does today.

I believe that Sasha did base Borat on Mahir, but i dont think he needs to sue.

I have known shephard since he was in school (1992). all thos images have been copied by many people over the years, including me as they are all pretty basic 'famous' images. I used that very same angela davis for a levis shirt once.

Fuct was in no way anti-capitalist, eric wanted to make lots of money, he just wasnt a real good businessman and got screwed by his partners and then went bankrupt around 2002. He's a great cat.

we all worked from the same pre-internet pool back in those days. In fact, he may have done a couple of those designd for Shep/BLK mArket when they had that whole design firm deal going on in the late 90's.
