That episode in question does however have one of the greatest opening evah. When the Voyager discovers a pickup truck floating in deep space.

Years and years ago I quit being a "fan" of anything after a failed season premier of ST Voyager. It was the one where voyager landed ( a first for any ST Starship) on that planet where people had dissappered from earth's history had wound up. Rather than get into the mystrey of what hapened, janeway sat around her cabin and had a 45 minute long pillow talk session over a cup of internationally flavored coffee (Jean Pierre!). I no longer had faith in sci fi as a medium of you know know, sci fi. The tide had turned into lame drama that was easy to script.

Anyway.. these are not costumes.

and they are why I'm still not a fan and won't go to conventions anymore. Girls have gotten into it and like myspace pages, youtube and phot bucket accounts, sci fi has now turned into "that thing I do for attention".

I don't care if you're pretty or have boobs and a vagina. the internet is for pron and i've probabaly seen you naked anyway. go away and let me and my firends have our sci fi back.

That Dalek girl is holding a paint roller. Pretty sure that makes her costume invalid, unless (and I've never watched Dr. Who) space travelling bad guys also hella love remodeling. Maybe they're a galactic anti-graffiti crew and the Doctor is like a 40th century Banksy.

Don't knock 'em too hard though. If millions of young women weren't starved for attention, imagine how much harder it would have been for all of us men to have gotten laid all those times.

What's the one on the right supposed to be? Her chest thing looks like it wants to say "Police" but hell if I know. Some anime thing, probably?
