That "Insect Swarm" thing is from the video game Bioshock...in that game you have regular weapons like guns and stuff, but there's also been a lot of genetic modification going on in the underwater city where you are...so there are things called Plasmids you can inject that alter your genes and give you abilities: shoot electricity, shoot fire ("Incinerate" is mentioned in that pic), etc. This one lets you, honest to God, shoot a swarm of angry bees out of your arm. It's completely unessential and practically worthless, although in its defense, you can shoot angry bees out of your arm to kill what are essentially zombies. It was a pretty great game.

Edit: that art-deco-looking font they used in that Insect Swarm deal is all over that game. If you like Art Deco and want to see what a decrepit underwater Art Deco city would look like, play that game, the levels/design/detail/vision of that game is amazing. Totally worth it.
