Douchebag parent of the year... this really sickens me... the sad thing is after they crash and the mother is paralyzed, one kid is dead and the other is a vegetable... the family will sue Honda or whoever made the ATV...

there was a case in Tennessee I think where a 14 year old kid crashed one into a tree and broke his neck... he was not wearing a helmet. The decal on the tank clearly stated no one under 16 and helmet to be worn at all times... the family sued Honda and won millions in damages from a jury... the age of personal responsibility has gone out the window... everything is someone elses fault
