Amy Winehouse switched from crack to ribs & nanner pudding?
A few comments: There is not a lot of mystery to what you should or shouldn't post on this site. It really should be common sense; this site is mostly populated by adults. as a moderator, this is my thinkin' process:
* nude photography is not allowed. full stop.
* drawings or paintings are allowed, as far as I'm concerned, as they are certainly allowed on the posters, which are considered art. If a complaint on artwork is received thru the report-a-post thing, I would leave that to clay's discretion. Though, I think there are obviously some boundaries of good taste. Nude studies=yea, tracing porn=nay, etc etc.
* As for "borderline" stuff: If you see something you don't like, speak up about it in the thread, just like some of you do now. It's your community, you have a voice. How you respond to things will set the tone for what this site will be like and how it will be viewed by outsiders; your silence implies you accept the behavior. If, after the censurin', the offending person still doesn't take it down, report it to the mods via the. Speaking up is important, but following up with action is also important.
* The overriding criteria I use when moderating is the simple question: "Would I want my imaginary 10-year old daughter to see this?" I think that is a very fair line in the sand and also reflects the prohibited content section of the Terms of Service pretty well.
So if you use yer brainplates and stop and consider what might be "patently offensive to the online community", you will probably be allllll right. If you have animated titty GIFs you simply must share with your online colleagues, well, then that's what PMs are for. AM I RIGHT, FELLAS?!?!?!
