There's like a 40% chance that's my old neighbor...a stocky gay dude with a tribal arm tat. Lives on 9th St. in SF, about a block from Stud. From the description, something tells me that they were dead long before that could happen. 2 higher than 2.2 on the Richter explosions probably saw to that.
