There's like a 40% chance that's my old neighbor...a stocky gay dude with a tribal arm tat. Lives on 9th St. in SF, about a block from Stud. Every damn time I was walking back from Trader Joe's there were a couple dudes hanging out on his balcony. I don't mean like beer-and-football hanging out, I mean no-pants-look-at-my-junk hanging out. It double sucked, because I had all that awesome TJs food and penis makes me lose my appetite.

Edit - and the view out the window isn't way off or anything. Could be SoMA.
