Hhmmmm.... That's a little judgmental. You don't know how smart somebody is or isn't based on how they dress. Especially a teenage/ young adult.

A: if those are teens then that is scary
B: although their intelligence may be high, anyone who adopts that look is probably not going out and getting into intellectual conversations about anything... I think a person with intellect would not subject themselves to ridiculous stereotypes and objectification such as these two.
C: I haven't seen too many people in decision making jobs with insane fake tans, ridiculous hair and asshole lips.

I could be wrong... but if it looks like a duck... it is probably a duck
