in Civic Center to get to the bank. Theres maybe 10,oo0 people. Most of them have no idea what the fuck they are protesting its mostly like teenage guys chatting up Hispano Mall hotties resplendent in tight tops and lipgloss. a smattering of sorta shrivelled up looking hippies with signs and 'chicano' themed outfits(white hippies). the rest seem to be Market street panhandlers and hustlers.

a day without an immigrant is more like a day where you can't get anywhere to do work or buy anything because there are immigrants EVERYWHERE.

yeah traffic across Market is totally gridlocked. its hot and the traffic pigs are pissed off.

I just tried to get a burrito and the place down the street was closed.
The Mission is amazingly quiet.

i saw a sign earlier that says "mexicans deserve the same rights"
arent they defeating their own purpose by calling themselves "mexicans?"
