I just found out that I'm getting laid off from my job in telecom (and I still have to come to work for another two days?!). But this is the perfect time for me to work on my portfolio so I can get a job w/ a design firm.
I was wondering what firms look for in entry-level portfolios. My major is in Media Arts & Animation, so I have no clue what goes in a design portfolio. I just know that I want to work in this field and add animation and 3D work to my skillset.
Any help/info is appreciated! If you PM me, please post a message that you did so I'll know to check it.
Thanks in advance,
-Matter
