* desmond had a vision of claire getting on a helicopter * claire may or may not be dead * desmond just said at the end of this episode that he's never going back to the island again. so how can he see a dead woman somewhere where he isn't going to be?

claire's face looked a bit more full than before. maybe it was just the angle the camera was positioned.
i hope theres a shootout in the jungle next episode.. seems like there will be.

Seems like the "chosen ones" only have a little bit of time before their ability to help ends. Like Ben is next to useless now, compared to Locke...and Claire's now in the cabin...and Locke was re-identified as a chosen one by surviving a fall that should have killed him...and Claire should have died in that house explosion...so the island is going to exploit Locke, he'll die protecting it...so the next chosen one, Claire, can ascend.
Or not.
