I'm training for Guam's version of UFC hopefully fighting in next month if everything goes right. sadly we do not recieve spike tv.

yeah, it's pretty fun to watch. i'm not too clear on all of the rules, though. like, you can throw an forearm elbow, but can you throw an elbow with the back of your arm?
