but i also heard Hughes v. St Pierre in UFC 58...

I think St Pierre and Penn desrve the shot at Hughes before Parisyan.

Source is mmaweekly. Just rumors as of now, but alot of things point to BJ vs St. Pierre as a contender elimination.
-BJ isn't well known by the new spike audience so it would be a waste to use him right away as a main event
-BJ has stated that he wants a warm up fight before Hughs and that GSP should be his first opponent
-Karo was supposed to fight Matt for the title but was injured
-They need to put Matt on the same card as GSP Penn so that they can set up a title match for the winner of Penn/GSP on UFC 60.

Forrest vs Ortiz is fact
UFC expects him to win easily.
