Wow .. maybe you should go get your ears checked?

The exact words Randy said in the post fight interview were:

"we clashed heads on the takedown"

It was obvious it was an accident. If Herb Dean didn't see it (which most people didn't (even Goldberg) .. it would not get called - and it didn't. Gabe's nose didn't start bleeding until about 20 seconds later, and at that time it wasn't clear to anyone what caused it. It has nothing to do with Randy breaking any rule. He dominated the entire fight.

A head butt is intentional. Generally speaking.

a) You guys [SEE a few pages back] were debating whether it was a headbutt, or if it was Gonzaga's knee, or if it was Captain Boring's shoulder, or if it was spontaneous combustion, etc. If you watched the fight, you would know that in post-fight, Couture admitted it was his head that caused the damage. Thanks;

b) It doesn't matter what Goldy did or did not see. If you lived by or limited yourself to things that Goldy does or doesn't see, does or doesn't know, or fucking has the slightest clue about at any given time, you wouldn't know much about MMA. Goldy is a bigger cancer to the sport than Dana and the mafia [Ferritta brothers];

c) In boxing, referees are competent. Those working the fights, specifically the higher end ones, are competent. If I haven't stated it here before, I shall now: Herb Dean is a disgrace. Always been a disgrace. Always will be a disgrace. He's a shitty referee, a shitty fighter, and a shitty person. If Herb Dean was dead tomorrow, the sport would be better off;

d) It's not the first time that Couture's head had magically caused a MONUMENTAL amount of damage to his opponent, thereby affecting the fight's [eventual] outcome, and not gotten penalized for it. I guess when you're ZUFFA's goldenboy, you can do whatever you want.

GSP Dominated as predicted! Canada in general did well. Good to see Cote K.O. Da Spider.. even tho I was expecting the opposite!

Couture is a god damn living legend! A MMA SUPER HERO!

I would strongly argue this point. Boxing refs are often times horrible at best. And if you can honestly say you have never never seen a biased ref in a major boxing match then I'd guess you don't watch a whole lot of boxing.

While I don't agree with the actions of the Brazilian bubble gum kid, I've got to admit - when he got up after choking that dude out, all covered in blood with that crazy look in his eyes... reminded me of why I started watching this stuff when I was a young buck. Quote of the fight "if you saw that much blood in a horror movie you would say "hey, that's way to much blood""
