I moved my shop into our basement when we had Grace
so I could stay with her all day and work at night.
So much better for her than working to pay someone else
to watch her.
It's only for a few (very important, developmentally)years.

This is what I am doing. Office in the basement, I work in a Lazyboy with laptop. It beats the hell out of a Herman Miller on the 9th floor of the Wells Fargo Building. At least today it did. It was cool at 9 am I took Gracie for a walk around noon my parents stopped by on their way through town, instead of rushed lunch with them we actually got time to set around and talk. Good first day. I even got some work done.
