Don't stop at 2 dinners... On the only cruise I went on, I usually had 2 appetizers and 2 desserts as well. That was some good eats...

I just got back 2 weeks ago from an 8 day Carnival cruise. Went to Jamaica and Cozumel. We were supposed to go to the Cayman Islands but Hurricane Dennis screwed that up. Returning we had to stay at sea an extra day because of the Hurricane. It was my first cruise. I ate a ton of good food, slept late, and had a good time. Cruise ships are luxury ships and nothing like Navy ships (I served 4 years in the Marines and spent quite of bit of time traveling on Navy ships and subs). Kind of made we wonder how long a cruise ship would stay afloat if it got a hole in it's hull. There are hallways, with no locking doors, that run the entire length of ship and lots of elevator shafts. No way to contain the sea water that I could see.
