finally got my darkroom up and running again. did these last night, and plan on doing a bunch more over the next few nights:

caribou, can you give a brief (and laymans term) description of how your images look the way they do...camera, developing?
they're kind of a mix of my 35 mm holga and my 35 mm Nikon FM10. the neil's is from the holga, so it's got that soft focus to it. the rest were from the nikon. i send the rolls to get developed (kodak tmy 400 that i got from work when the decided to throw away about 20 rolls that were about 10 years past their expiration date), then i use an enlarger in my garage to do the prints. most of the time i just kind of guess on the aperature sizes when exposing, trying to get the times around 6-12 secods, so i can burn/dodge if necessary. i always use a magenta filter when exposing, either a 5 (for high contrast) or 4 (less contrast).
